Stewart DannCOATESWe are sad to announce the death of Stewart Dann Coates. Stewart passed away peacefully in hospital on 17th October 2025 aged 92.

A loving Husband, Father, Grandfather and friend to many.

Born and raised in Nottingham, a resident of the village of Ruddington for 60 years. Best known to many as the proprietor of W. Coates & Sons Ltd. Montpelier Road Dunkirk. For many years an active member of Beeston Sailing Club.

Stewart's funeral will be held on Thursday 27th November 2025 11.30am at Wilford Hill Crematorium.

Donations in lieu of flowers to Nottingham Hospitals Charity, which may be sent care of
